I want to thank all of you for helping the Board host a fundraising raffle during league play last night. Your generosity helped us raise $261 for the Scleroderma Foundation. This donation will be matched making the League`s total donation $522.

You can find information on our Week 1 organization, Honor Flight, on the DC Bocce homepage and the contest for signing up to win the $50 gift card to the Pour House has been extended through November.
Also, next week (Nov. 4) there will be a canned food drive benefiting the Walker Whitman Clinic!

The Italian Party
DC Bocce is invited to a Bisnow event, The Italian Party, on Friday (10/23) from 9PM to 2AM at Eye Bar (1716 I St.). Of course there will excellent Peroni specials for so late at night at such a fancy place!
This happens to be next to the Bottom Line where you can pre-game for sick cheap on Friday before you head out to be beautiful next door and celebrate Italian-ness.
